Jillian Ward is the U.S. Technology Team Leader at Bloomberg. Previously, she was an editor for the U.S. technology team, specializing in coverage of computer hardware, software, Internet and e-commerce companies, covering companies such as Apple, Intel, Microsoft, Google and Amazon.

Ward, who previously worked at Bloomberg News from 1997 to 2006, rejoined in January 2011. Prior roles at Bloomberg include deputy top news editor and U.S. technology team leader. Before joining Bloomberg, Ward held various editorial positions at New Media magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Denver Post and the Greeley Tribune.

Ward holds a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of California at San Diego and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Colorado.
