Dr. Jonathan Levine, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, has a Ph.D. in earth and environmental engineering from Columbia University. He worked on African water supply for the Sustainable Engineering Laboratory’s U.N. Millennium Villages Project for his master’s research. He then spent 2.5 years at Schlumberger-Doll Research building a custom high pressure CO2 core flooding laboratory with the CO2 Research Group for his doctoral work. His postdoctoral research at Colorado School of Mines and the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory has examined the role of hydrates during deep-sea oil spills, shale gas emissions, foamed cement failure, and carbon sequestration.
